A stunning pair of vintage glass inkwells, full of old-world charm and perfect for adding gravitas to any desk, studio or display. The larger inkwell sits on a glorious multi-tiered hexagonal base, faceted to catch the light, with a distressed hinged brass lid and deep-set reservoir. The smaller bottle has a square body and a screw-top brass lid, although it doesn't screw on easily anymore.
Both pieces show age-appropriate wear, with some patina and minor ink residue in the smaller jar – left as found to preserve character. A lovely duo for calligraphy lovers, collectors, or vintage home stylists.

Estimated early 20th century, possibly 1920s–1930s. Art Deco influence in shape and finish.

Good vintage condition. The larger inkwell is clear and weighty with some small scuffs to the base and wear to the brass collar. The smaller bottle has signs of previous use inside and surface marks consistent with age. Cleaned gently – ideal for display or restoration. Best for those who appreciate vintage patina.
